Quotes

A quote given from a photo or description is firm for the load described. If the pile on arrival is materially larger or contains material priced by weight that was not mentioned, the crew will requote before loading anything. You are free to decline at that point at no cost.

Scheduling

Same-day service depends on route and on the transfer station being open. It closes at 4:30 on weekdays and 12:30 on Saturday, so late Saturday requests often move to the next working day.

Payment

Due when the load is removed. No deposit is taken to book.

What we will not take

Wet paint, solvents and other hazardous chemicals, asbestos, and medical waste. Hard-wired or plumbed appliances must be disconnected by a qualified trade before removal.

Property

We carry general liability and commercial auto insurance. Damage caused by our crew is our responsibility. Pre-existing damage to doorways, floors and walls is not, which is why the crew photographs tight access points before starting.
